My TS concert experience

I first saw Taylor in concert at her RED Tour in Pittsburgh in 2013! I’ve seen her a total of 5 times!!

I remember being young and watch Taylor on award shows and my mom going “ That girl is only 16”. I remember thinking how amazing and surreal those moments must have been for such a young girl. Taylor has always been a part of my life and music but I’d said I became a big Swiftie during 1989 because that is when I introduced my daughter and we both became obsessed. One time myself, my daughter and my mom went on a road trip listening to 1989 on repeat and we had to pull over because the rain was so bad and I kept playing Clean over and I over. I can close my eyes and hear the rain falling while listening to the song.

My name is Elissa and I’m 34 years old. I’m a single mom to my daughter Emily. I am a huge animal lover ( we as well have 3 cats ) and I have been a vegetarian since I was 10, all though my daughter is not. My daughter is my entire life. The most important thing I try to teach her is to be kind and have confidence. This year I tragically lost my mother and it’s been the hardest year of my life. I was very late on joining tumbler but since I have been on here it has helped me a lot. I have talked with many kind people and all sharing a common love for Taylor has kept my mind busy at times when it seams to drift away.

My song has changed numerous time over the years but now I don’t think I did something bad can ever be replaced. I picked my mom up one day and she goes to me “ I really like that song that goes, do do do do dah do dah do doooo “ < that is my trying to write out the beat to I did something bad haha . That was my moms favourite song and that song turned my mom into a Swiftie and it will always be special to me.

Message to Taylor

Taylor, I will never be able to thank you enough for the memories you have given my family. My last moments I spent with my mom we spent listening to you. I am eternally great full and I hope the message gets to you so you can know that.

My concert experience was reputation tour kansas city (aka the best night of my life!) I was surprised with tickets to the show the night before and I had the best time ever!!! I was so forever grateful to see my idol perform for the first time <3 I’ll also be going to lover fest west night two hehe
