Today I wanted oat cookies so bad. And I wanted them with my tea. Store bought ones didn't curb the craving. So,I decided to make my own. As I was making them,my mom comes in to remind me that today would have been my grandmother's 80th birthday and it made sense why I had this sudden crave. Back to baking! This is the one thing I enjoy most in the kitchen. Baking! Made two types of cupcakes today my all time fave red velvet and then I made chocolate fudge all frosted with cream cheese frosting! One day I shall be able to frost like a pro.
