hey alex, ive checked around and have had trouble finding this, please bear with me if im missing it on your resource page: can you direct me to some way of getting spirits to "stay dead" in my dreams? ive just been hospitalized, talked to my psych, used all sorts of non magical coping methods, but cant seem to stop having dreams wherein my sister comes back from being dead. its super distressing and i have no idea how to stop it. do you have any ideas?

No, I don’t think I have anything like that in my resources. I can’t think of anything I’ve come across rather than general things for good dreams for to keep nightmares away, but I feel like this is something else all together. It would be different if she came back to life and it was like a nice sweet sort of thing, but this is seems rough. I know it is a non-magical thing, but have you tried writing her a letter? Tell her how you have been and how it distresses you to have these dreams and that you’d love for her move on. Sleep with it under your pillow for a few days and then burn it to release. I’m just brainstorming here.

Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?

I had a dream last night that you ran a tiny drive-thru pizza shop out in the woods called "Granny's Pizza" and I waited for a really long time and the people working kept staring at me from the window but wouldn't talk to me and I was very sad. This has been me sharing pointless yet funny information, enjoy lol!
