Since the Tokitos are in the Tsugikuni family tree and so are technically Tsugikunis I cared enough to name the unnamed parents (and putting more thought to their characters)

Shuma and Moegi

萌黄 (Moe-gi) "sprouting yellow"

"Moegi" literally means a shade of green, specifically fresh green/yellowish spring leaves, and cyan is the mix of blue with green

The Tokito twins inherited most of their mother's features and we see a similar color palette with Michikatsu's family. I headcanon Moegi to be the Tsugikuni descendant and got her features/blue accents directly from Haruhime which by the passing centuries had altered and blended with green

朱真 (Shu-ma) = "vermillion truth"

Tbh his name was an afterthought but the meaning mostly stood out to me. We know he share the same (red) eyes Tanjiro has, and from that comparison Muichiro remembered his father and shortly then regained his memories (truth)

I had an alternative which is Shusuke (suke meaning "assistant/helper"; with how he died trying to cure his wife) but concluded that Shuma fits his narrative better :3
