Hello ! About your wip game, i'd like to know more about "Void creature" 👀
Here's the basics in a previous ask!
I'm really having fun with the horror vibes, like in this snipp:
Something squelched under his shoe, and Zhao Yunlan froze. Heart beating a rapid tattoo, he slowly rocked back on his heels, lifting his foot inch by inch until he was pulled up short. Whatever he'd stepped into was sticking to his sole. Wrinkling his nose—the living room and kitchen had been spotless, what could possibly lie around in Professor Shen's bedroom that made such a noise? Focussing, Zhao Yunlan tugged his foot up, forcefully enough to hopefully break the connection. The floor tugged back.
But also the worldbuilding? Scene 1 is all set-up, scene 2 is meeting Shen Wei, and scene 3 is the smut xD (scene 4 explains some more worldbuilding ZYL doesn't get to learn just yet 👀)
Wang Zheng had the singular distinction of having gained her void sense while already working for the SID; as a secretary her sensitivity hadn't been deemed of any importance. However, the cases the SID handled were often dangerous, and as such Wang Zheng had an unfortunate encounter that left her mind blown wide open and clinging to the shreds of her sanity. She ended up with more memories than her own, foremost amongst them of a young, long-dead girl named Gelan, to the point where sometimes she couldn't tell who she truly was: Gelan or Wang Zheng.
Honestly, depending on how well it's received and the muses feel like, I'm super tempted to do a sequel where ZYL leads an unwary perp, who thinks they're the scary one chasing Chief Zhao, into Shen Wei's apartment where the perp promptly gets stuck xD (ZYL is on good terms with Shen Wei's void tentacles after that first introduction okay)
Like, oh you think you can take Chief Zhao because you have ~powers and he does not? You think you can corner him on his home turf? Void jail for perp! Void jail for a thousand years!
