A letter arrives in your mailbox. Inside is a nearly crumpled up letter with nearly illegible handwriting along with the filled out survey from a recent Cosmo magazine. The answers are written as if the writer was very shaken when filling it out.

Is this the truth or a dare? || @Violet

As Sonja was begrudgingly walking over to the clinic, she remembered that Violet wasn't even in town! Crap! How am I going to get this over with now....I want to get this done with as soon as possible, then make sure Violet knows it was a dare.

Sighing, she turned around and walked back to her home. Getting a message to someone out of town... getting a message to someone out of town...Sonja wracked her brain for ideas. Wait! Of course, I could just write a letter! Duh! How could I be so dumb to not think of that at first! I don't even have to talk to her in person if I do that! The priestess ran the rest of the way back to her house and as soon as she got there, whipped out some paper and an old quill tip pen that had been in a drawer for god knows how long.

Dear Violet,

I hope this letter finds you well in Mineral Town. I miss you alread-

"Nope that is definitely not right." There were sharp crunching and crinkling noises as Sonja balled up the paper she was writing on and threw it into the trash.

This was going to be a long day of trial and error in letter writing. And love confessing.

About two hours later, Sonja looked down at her finished work, both pleased and disgusted with how it came out. It read:

Dear Violet,

I heard you were in Mineral Town, so I thought I'd send you a letter to see how you were doing. I hope you're having a great time there! 

Anyway, I would rather just cut to the chase and tell you the main reason I am writing this letter. There is something very important I must tell you. It involves that conversation we had when you knocked Aden out with that potion. You know how I said that I was angry all those times because Aden wasn't understanding that you were blatantly flirting with him? Well, I wasn't angry at him at all... I was really just... Jealous. Yes, I was jealous Aden was getting your attention instead of me. I know, it may sound very silly, but that is the truth. While you were falling in love with Aden... I was falling in love with you.

Sighing, Sonja folded up the letter that would knock out Violet cold upon reading it. At least I didn't put anything raunchy in it. She probably would die if I did! After putting the letter within the envelop and addressing it, she ran over to the docks to place the letter on one of the mail ships.

There. That should do the trick.

"Whhhaaaaattt?!" The wind priestess looked at the asker with shock. Out of all the people on Fenith Island, you had to pick on poor Violet. Can her heart take this kind of situation? Sonja groaned and thought for a few minutes before speaking again.

And with that she began the walk of shame to the nurse's office.
