Carrots for ALL Reindeer
Too many times, I have heard someone say they will "Leave cookies out for Santa, and a carrot for Rudolph". Why should Rudolph get all of the carrots? Does he deserve more carrots because he has a very shiny nose? Of course not. There are 8 other reindeer carrying that sleigh, and they need carrots too. Without those other reindeer, all you will have is a grounded, slightly illuminated sleigh. However with 9 fully fed reindeer, children will get the gifts they deserve. We need to distribute those carrots more fairly. When you go to leave a carrot out, think about Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, and the other reindeer that will be hauling Santa's sleigh, not just Rudolph and his nose.
