SUMMARY ➞ Pidge Kennedy had been having the same nightmare for weeks. There was something important about it, she just didn’t know what — that is, until she realizes the voice she’s been hearing in her dreams belongs to none other than her substitute history teacher and notorious phoenix hunter, Mr. Edgar Thorn. On top of that, one of her best friends is acting super weird, there’s a strange lizard man on the loose, and a serial killer is apparently trying to kill off the entire 2006 swim team.
