physical therapy is going fine

#ttgtpmb #harboretum comics #they have this machine there that is apparently a weaker version of the type of machine that's used to break up kidney stones #and the OT uses it to zap my hand and wrist tendons in order to cause inflammation on purpose to improve blood circulation #and they're not kidding that machine really can inflame all my hand and wrist tendons #it's great fun (hurts really bad)#they do other stuff too but that one is one of the main treatments. granted it does help so I would prefer to do it but wow!#anyway hope you're well

#adhdartist #adhdcomics #the tiny gremlins that pilot my brain #ttgtpmb #gestures to 75% completed comic I've been struggling to finish #I like drawing Od and Ad because they're designed to be easy to draw #because it would be completely counterintuitive to make characters in a comic about how I struggle to get things done complex lmao #anyway hope you're doing well #I read once that sleep deprivation induces adhd-like symptoms even in people who don't have adhd #which would explain why when I have a bout of bad sleep it's hard for me to function even with meds because I'd be doubly screwed lmao #harboretum comics
