Dudee it's really hard to stay calm in these situations cause honestly...this woman lol. You can always try another group in wich you feel more comfortable or attent a private therapist if possible.It's really hard to feel welcome in an eviroment that has people saying they hate lgbtq+ people or something like that....hang in there!!

thank you!! ;; I have been attending private therapy with this place and I really love it though I’ve been avoiding talking about stuff like this, but now I really wanna talk with my therapist about it next time...thinking of asking what she’d think about a group at a different place...
