Played two of the finest Tekken Tag Tournament games earlier today. That's self-care.
Shout-outs to TTT and TTT2, gotta be some of my favorite Tekken Tag Tournament games. (and I got an online match really quickly in tag2!)

Confession to make.
I’m still playing TTT2 on the side.
(heck, I was just playing some TTT1, arcade mode, on the side)
I took it on Ranked a little bit recently, and there are still plenty of matches to be had. I was making upward progress with my mains, even. I’m a little tempted to see if I can finally get out of green ranks in TTT2...
Also: #BringBackJun . Kaz/Jun is the best tag team in both of the TTT games.
Also also: I still need that re-release of TTT1 with netplay, because most of you have never gotten roughed up by this old man in Tag 1.
#combotober Day 21: FREE SPACE
Tekken Tag Tournament 1 has two interesting things I want to call out here -- one, the stun on a ws2 (when it's clean hit only, and not if you're stepped to the right!) gives you a small amount of standing frames so you can get a full-height launch with a very fast WGF. This is the same mechanic, more or less, as the ch df2 PEWGF combo. It's not quite as tight as a PEWGF link, but it's quite strict.
Secondly -- this tag combo only seems to work on P2 side. If you tag buffer the launcher from P1 side, Jin tags in just sliiiightly farther away and his follow-up won't reach.
This combo was really satisfying.

Livestream archive -- enjoy some of the very finest Tekkens Tag Tournament!
TTT1 -- experimented with some combos and played arcade mode with Kazuya/Jun and Anna/Nina.
TTT2 -- fun sets with my buddy Raj aka xMagnax, NorCal community pillar and Tag 2 enthusiast! Highlights: a few really sick Jun combos, also see me get completely deflated by getting caught with a clean counterhit deathfist in the clutch.
These games are so good, maaaaan. Tekken rules.
