Baked Branzini in Guajillo Adobo I have been meaning to try out a few recipes from Enrique Olvera’s cookbook “Tu Casa Mi Casa”, for sometime now. Finally tried the Guajillo Adobo and Salsa Verde recipes. Pretty darn good!! I used the adobo on my branzini and baked it in the oven.
