tuckball is such a WILDLY under-appreciated ship. that's it, end of post.

reasons tuckball is a god-tier ship:

1. tucker and kimball can relate to each other so much. they're both people who really have no idea what they're doing, but they have to step up and do it anyway. they both have to lead their people, even though they feel under-equipped, under-prepared, and scared. they both care so much, but caring is not all they need to do

2. tucker stayed on chorus for kimball. he cares about chorus and the new republic and kimball. tucker was the driving force behind the reds and blues staying on chorus and trying to help even when they had the opportunity to leave. to be with kimball you undoubtably need to care about and be invested in the wellbeing of chorus, and tucker is, moreso than any of the other reds and blues

3. tucker makes kimball laugh (which she desperately needs) and kimball holds tucker up to a high standard she knows deep down he can achieve, she believes in him and gives him a deeper confidence rather than the superficial/shallow confidence he has (which he desperately needs). they both give each other what they need from a life partner

tuckball is genuinely such a good match it blows my mind, justice for this under-appreciated ship!!
