Not yet... I think it's smart to look for something else first. But if I resign, I will have to stay for a period of time after, though (I don't know what it's called in English - "opzeg" in Dutch). Things are not looking bright so they might fire people themselves, but since I'm feeling bleh now I'm thinking about going myself :) Decisions, decisions....

I just booked a flight from London to Orlando in May for $330 

which means I am sure they have ridiculously good deals for the same trip around leaky too!

my favorite thing about skyscanner is that you can search to arrive anywhere in a country which is super useful.

yeah, i might try that. i asked him if he wanted to go somewhere last weekend, and he said yeah, but he ended up like... losing his phone or something. this friday there's a midnight showing of The Room (this famously terrible movie) and i was thinking about asking him if he wanted to go, but idk. i wish he would just be upfront if he doesn't like me. i'm not asking that much.   ._.

i'm turning into such a bummer jfc. not that i was ever not a huge bummer, but i was fun sometimes! sometimes i said things that were fun!

okay the obvious solution here is to just finish stuff for work this weekend. i asked him if he wanted to get drinks this weekend on like tuesday, so if he calls me i'll go, but if he doesn't i just need to accept that he doesn't really like me. he probably talks to lots of women about how much he loves kingdom hearts and dean winchester. did i mention this motherfucker is 26, almost 27? too old to be this infuriating?

turnitin usually counts the bibliography, so if you want to “test” your essay for plagiarism I usually just put it in without it. Also tutors don’t usually mind if the similarity is <10%.

i couldn't test it, because they only allowed us one upload so it's not like i could reupload the new one with the bibliography after checking, but thanks for the tip!! and i'm thinking they won't mind because it's just 3% and clearly the vast majority of that comes from the stupid flagging of the bibliography, so whoever looks at it'll have to be intelligent and realise that's not plagiarism lol.
