Ingredients: 200g Akami lean tuna, sliced thinly. 2 cups sushi rice, cooked. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon sugar. 1 teaspoon salt. Nori seaweed sheets. Soy sauce, for dipping. Wasabi, for serving. Pickled ginger, for serving.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Spread the cooked sushi rice evenly onto nori seaweed sheets. Place a slice of Akami lean tuna on top of the rice. Roll the nori tightly, using a bamboo mat if available. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
