Hi, Anon. No, they're not. Anna is a writer I think, but may also model. Her sister is a model. Sam and Anna dating is pure speculation at this point. And Hayley does assistant work in the industry. So, when she was seen on the boat with Sam during #tunagate and later in some other pics on land, people weren't sure if she was with him for business or they met thru business, and then dated. But they weren't seen together again, so it was forgotten about.
