These Curried Tuna Quinoa Patties are a delightful blend of canned tuna, cooked quinoa, and aromatic spices. They are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making them a perfect appetizer or light meal option.
Ingredients: 2 cans of tuna, drained. 1 cup cooked quinoa. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 2 tablespoons curry powder. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 2 eggs, beaten. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Put cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Make sure the ingredients are well mixed. Add the eggs that have been beaten and stir until everything is well mixed. Use your hands to shape the mixture into patties. Set a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil. Spread the tuna quinoa patties out in a pan. Cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Take it out of the pan and let it drain on paper towels. As a side dish, serve it hot with your favorite sauce or salad.
