These air-fried Yellowfin Tuna Steaks are a quick and healthy way to enjoy a restaurant-quality seafood dish at home. The air fryer gives the tuna a perfectly seared crust while keeping the inside tender and flavorful. It's a simple and satisfying meal for seafood lovers.
Ingredients: 2 Yellowfin Tuna Steaks 6-8 oz each. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Lemon wedges and fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your air fryer to 400F 200C for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the tuna steaks with the prepared seasoning mixture on both sides. Place the seasoned tuna steaks in the preheated air fryer basket. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tuna steaks reach your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, aim for 6 minutes; for medium, go for 8 minutes. Once cooked, remove the tuna steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for a minute. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your delicious air-fried Yellowfin Tuna Steaks!
