lol was telling my mom and brother about my colleagues discussing about graveyards and why its not permissible for women to go in islam bc i let it slip that my dad has taken us to our grandma's grave twice [he always says its mostly a way to remember that death comes to all of us and that's why he used to take us, he mostly just goes alone now] and they both rolled their eyes so hard

anyways, the colleagues were saying that 1. women cant go bc theyre too sensitive and start crying (and my brother was like if men cry will they not be allowed to visit the grave and i just had to shrug like idek where the base theory comes from lmaoooooooooo how can i tell u anything else 2. women are more sensitive to the jinns around us and jinns attach themselves or possess women in graveyards as if the only thing jinns are waiting for is for a woman to come to the graveyard ... like lets look at how useless ur arguments are

anyways after all that they both massively warned me to never go again and i said nothing bc why are u telling ur colleague she cant go to places ... kys !

colleague at work keeps insisting i read the self help book shes currently almost done with and i just straight up told her no but then she started prying so i told her i don't really read self help books which she's thinking as me not allowing myself to be vulnerable to influence from books which is like . . . not really i keep being affected by bl everyday what would she know . . . anyways i just told her i don't really read self help books and i sometimes just read advice columns if im in the mood (once a year) but she said that i need to read it because who knows, maybe the book will end up affecting me and helping me open myself up to myself so i finally gave in MYFAULT i should not have done that but on 2 conditions 1) i can stick sticky notes in her book 2) i can write whatever i want in those sticky notes [it will all be negative] . . . its 160 pgs and skimming through it will be a breeze . . . looks at the ceiling in despair and dread
