Tuo Toa
An aquatic species able to breath air and water. They are energetic amphibians the can produce a strong electric current used for communication or offense. The strength of electricity depends on the individual and training. While they can sense bio electricity in creatures they also view the world with sight, sound, taste and smell. The combination of these give a near 360 view of their surroundings.
The oceans are filled with underwater jungles and forest. These special plants produce more oxygen in the water than on earth allowing them to be nearly as active as when breathing air. It is theorized that they evolved from their extinct land walking cousins.
Tuo Toa are incredible social. Easily able to make friends a lone Tuo Toa is a rare sight. Many of the residents in the galaxy find them endearing if a bit too energetic and happy. To a Tuo Toa sadness is an illness and struggle with understanding the emotion.
