- cooking for friends, dogs, nice wine, christmas, these songs ( x x x x x x x and countless others) (and this one but don’t tell anyone x), these people (x x x x x x x x and like 1000000 other people whose urls i can’t remember)

- my favourite halloween tradition is pretending to be out when anyone knocks on the door

- last thing i learned: when john singer-sargent was painting carnation, lily, lily rose, he did so only for a few minutes each night (so committed was he to capturing accurately the light of dusk) also, i have been lying to myself forever i definitely prefer red wine to white 

- ?????????? i’m always obsessed with something ultimately unimportant

- either my silver wraparound party dress or, if i’m permitted an outfit, my suit for prom, revealed in due course

When I was a kid, we'd have German neighbors over summer in Bulgaria. The family was evangelical christian & tried to convert me cause I went "???" at Jesus cause the name is so fucking different like, it makes no sense

that’s so funny and also just fascinating historically speaking that a point could be reached where someone’s own religion might become unrecognisable to them over translation conventions

They couldnt do the exact skin from the comics where is early greying is more gentle, stylistic compromise had to be made

either way his “casual” skin is still like 9 times more old man than his normal skin is... there’s no reason they couldnt have just given him his regular skin’s beard unless they want him to look old as balls
