SALVATORE. They frantically search for you, even going so far as to neglect part of their duties in favor of allocating more time. Where would MC go? Why would they go? The latter is rendered irrelevant compared to the former, but it worries them ceaselessly. Their parents will protest heavily; they'll go against their wishes just this once, anyway.
When you return, they'd start sobbing openly and ask--with great effort--where you've been. Do they hate them so much that they will not even tell them where they've gone, and for what reason? At the sight of that special item, though, they cover their mouth with a hand, shocked. Oh, MC, they left for this?--It's lovely, but... they're a fool for letting them worry so much! They laugh out of pure surprise, but they hug it if they can. If you're not averse to touch, they'll also demand a hug. They need it to know that you're really, really here again.
They don't tell you how much trouble they will be with their parents, how disappointed they've made everyone else. They can't even be mad, even if you should have informed them. They're just so glad to have you back, and their core pangs thinking about why you disappeared--to get that item for them.
LUCIEL. Sometimes MC and Luciel don't interact for a couple of days, so they might not notice. If they do get to a point where they see each other daily, Luciel will ask around Lucidio and then your parents, asking all they know if they've seen you. Your disappearance weighs on your mind, even if other deities are less concerned, and they will look for you anywhere they think you might be.
When you return, the ever-composed Luciel will noticeably melt with relief; they try to hide their worry, but they can't hide how all their tension falls away when they see you. Their gestures, their motion is slightly stilted with the emotions they try to suppress; they lack their usual grace, almost trembling. They quietly ask to see, or hold that special item, and they will look at it for a very long time before murmuring a thank you. If it is meant to be a gift for them, they will add it to their home.
Depending on what it is, it'll be all over Lucidio unconsciously. Special flowers? They sprout everywhere, but quietly--in the corners, on the columns, on the side of well-trodden paths. In any way they can manifest, they will do so.
CIOCANA. They try to find you to pester you, but they can't. They ask around Lucidio, and none of its citizens have seen you; they are quite annoyed with that. Ciocana can't help but be furious for you--you disappear without a trace, and all they can do is complain that you're not there to hear their pleas? They'll send a little curse their way for that and continue the search.
They get more and more worried with every dead end. Your parents don't know where you are, and neither does Luciel. After pretending for so long they're not worried, they stop pretending by the time they come to them.
When you return, they only pause and stare at your face, disbelieving at what they see. They don't even look at what you're holding, because they're only looking at you. When the spell breaks, their playfulness is half-hearted, and they can't hide how shaken they are with it all. They make a show of loudly appreciating your gift, but they hold it gently, almost jealously, like precious cargo. Though their overtures attempt to mask their emotions, they quietly murmur a sincere thank you. The item will be kept somewhere safe and hidden, if it was a gift.
ALESSI. Do gods disappear? Surely you are just busy in Lucidio, saddled with numerous responsibilities. If they have any reason to believe your disappearance is abnormal, however, they will go out alone and look for any places you might be. They're not a deity, though; they can only go so far in one night, and they can't confide in anyone to help them. Despite the discomfort they feel, they might attempt to make contact with another deity in the city, asking for you.
There is a large chance that deity is not on friendly terms with you--in fact, they might not care at all. They'll insist they look for you, and when they refuse, Alessi has to be escorted and forced out. The entire situation is frustrating, and makes them feel so powerless, so small. What can they do? They hate feeling like they can do nothing.
So when you return to them the next day, they'll likely be mad at you, making demands for where you've been. It's not long, however, until they break down and just cry, telling you not to leave so suddenly again. The sight is rare; they do cry, and yet, they are always silent and stoic. They don't cry very prettily now.
They're happy to see you, and... you got this? For them? They'll laugh in pure disbelief and call you dense. Please, never do it again (and yet, they keep it in that place where they keep everything precious to them, if it was a gift).
