Morning all! Happy Tuesday! Hope everyone's day goes well! 😊 On top there's raspberries, blueberries, and a mandarin orange. On bottom there's a boiled egg, turkey pepperoni slices, peperoncinis, and cauliflower.

I tried theses Bridgford Sliced Turkey Pepperonis and these were good. These had the same seasonings as normal pepperoni but had a turkey aftertaste. I would eat these again. Took a picture of these with the mini pepperonis.

Deep dish mini pizzas (medium spoons 4/10)

Making pizza is easier if you use a pizza dough mix. All I needed was water and oil… Then you get to choose your own toppings. I used basil pesto for my sauce. Toppings were roasted red peppers, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, and turkey pepperoni. I used fresh mozzarella. It reminded me very much of the bacala salad my uncle Joe used to make. All I needed was bacala and I could make bacala salad pizzas! A new twist to a traditional recipe.
