our masterpiece. we used a spicy vodka sauce base, topped with fresh mozzarella and black pepper toscano cheese, pickled red peppers, soppressata, arugula, a pan fried chicken cutlet, and a drizzle of hot honey. this is what they serve you in heaven. holy shit.

something simple tonight. let the dough rise for about 7 hours, making the crust turn out amazing.

tried something little different last night! felt like slightly emulating the taste of choriqueso, so we switched back to regular sauce (Carbone), added some Monterey Jack cheese to the mix, and topped it with bacon bit, roasted poblano slices, and chorizo-flavored seitan (to cut down on the grease). tasted delicious!

so nice, you have to make it twice! more aesthetically-pleasing vodka chicken parm pizza from last night for your timeline. this time, we used spicy chicken cutlets, with spice levels somehow being well-balanced by the abundance of cheese.
