Ok so we did the #TurkeyThing. If you’re anything like me this turned into 4 days of 🐷pig outs. Ok we did it. It’s done. So what is my plan for December? I want to ditch this bloat and sluggish feeling that’s for sure. I am hoping to feel great in holiday outfits this year! So I plan to be sure to start EVERY DAY with with a shake. ( I pretty much have done this everyday for 5 years so that’s easy). I also plan to commit to a 2nd Shake each day . Either as lunch or a pre party shake ( this really helps me at parties to only snack on the yummy stuff instead of a full blown pig out). I also plan to #CLEANSE as needed (my favorite nutritional program has an intermittent fasting/cellular cleanse plan that is really easy). For me personally I can easily skip the 🍨and 🍪 but I struggle saying no to 🍷and 🧀!!! Who has a plan?
