Beautifully turned and carved maple and oak table mount and mechanisms of a yarn swift. Missing the spokes, etc. that holds the yarn. The concave top is where the ball of yarn is held.19th century. I am very fortunate to have the opportunity and resources to make things, like these wood pieces I made in my lathe.
