these are not my full thoughts on each album

The stranger - 10/10 classic. The cover being so elegantly mysterious to tie into the stranger, the themes of nostalgia, change, loss, and love.. its got everything, i mean its got hard rock its got soft rock its even got sadomasichism.. mvps here are scenes from an italian restaurant, movin out, and vienna in that order

An innocent man - 9/10 , its so fun. Its like the joyous little crazy one like this is the one where billy joel is the darling little man in my phone singing me cheery little tunes. Careless talk, this night, and leave a tender moment alone are the mvps.

Turnstiles - 10/10 , pure billy joel but in the "this used to be a suicidal man sure hope hes doing better but its not sounding too great" kinda way. Angry young man/prelude, miami 2017, summer, highland falls. Total dubs.

Piano man - 20/10 , the quintessential billy joel this is billy joel. If one album had to live it would be this one. It has piano man, youre my home stop in nevada.. every song is the mvp in this one. I dont even particularly vibe with these ones its just theyre so raw and so billy joel.
