So work has started on another two turnip28 units, single basing theses as I also want to try out warhammer English civil war, I might take my time on theses we will see
It’s been awhile, since I posted on here, this is my turnip28 army so far, they have had there first game of sharpes practice last weekend, fantastic game, theses will also be used for black powder and pike and shotte, as well as turnip28 most of theses are up on my twitter account
The first completed turnip pike and shotte unit done, just need flags, I’m very happy with theses, easy and simple to do, if I want to I could split theses into two units, but we will see, on to the next unit for this project, would love to hear from others, if your thinking about or going for a turnip pike and shotte force to be used with the pike and shotte rules, or any other game system out there
The work In progress crossbow unit, very nearly done, since the pictures where taken they have now had the rust added and awaiting bases and mud to be done.
Work In progress, So I tried my hand at using green stuff for the very first time, and what better excuse then using it for turnip28, I don’t think they turned out to bad, 
Update on the turnip28 progress, I had some dismounted French dragoon’s, that I hadn’t even started that gave me 8 so I took 4 men at arms from the war of the rose’s men at arms to make 12, for a unit of fodder, and also I love the shields from the war of the Roses mercenary box, and have always been a fan of a pike block with them, I might actually do that for the next unit of fodder I’m not sure as I’m busy painting up some Portuguese now 
So the unit is pretty much completed, just have to get the individual bases for them, so that is a complete unit of brutes, unless I make another six, while doing them it occurred to me that these might actually work for the war of the roses version of sharps practice. 
So it’s been awhile since I posted on here mainly because I’ve decided to join then 21st century and now have twitter, anyways theses are my latest WIP for turnip28 they are part of a total of 32 that was going to be the old guard for Black powder.
