Turtle Beach Headset For Sale ($50)

I am selling my Turtle Beach headset (Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, etc) for $50. I originally bought it for $60 at GameStop back in November of 2013. They work perfectly, but are used. I take care of my console, games, and accessories so I can promise you they are in good condition. It will include:

I've only ever used it for whenever I would talk to my friends on Xbox Live (which wasn't too, too often) and for the few times I've done let's play for YouTube. Otherwise, they sound great and are mostly scratch-free (I can't say for sure they are entirely scratch-free, but they're in excellent shape).

Reason for selling: I am getting a new headset and do not need these anymore. They have worked great for me, but I personally do not need two sets of high-quality headsets.

Can anyone help he figure out how to fix my Turtle Beach x42 headset? :( I don't know what happened. It was working fine, and I shut it off to go get something, and when I came back, they refused to connect to the transmitter. They won't even make the initial starting up beep, they just jump to the pairing beep. It's been happening since yesterday, and I don't know what to do. I've switched out batteries, tried to re-pair...
