FlashForward — 1.03
Okay, so I just finished FlashForward for the second time in two weeks, yesterday. Much needed, I actually felt calm and peaceful when it ended. Oh the struggles of being an overly emotional fangirl. I seriously needed closure after that ending. If you've seen it you'll know what I mean and if you haven't seen it - it's definitely worth watching. My point being; I'm ready to start re-watching Lost again so I'll hopefully spend more time on here.
FlashForward.
The past three days I've watched FlashForward and I finished it half an hour ago and I'm … what.. what the hell happened. What the actual fuck?!
I decided to watch it because Sonya Walger, probably better known to my followers as Penny Widmore, is one of the main characters AND Dominic Monaghan, better known as Charlie Pace is also a very central character. Unfortunately they only have about one scene together if I remember correctly.
We all know the ending of Lost was confusing, but at least they TRIED to give us some closure, right?
With FlashForward, there was NO closure. They played Band of Horses-The Funeral and boom, that was it. Everything was one ginormous cliffhanger.
In January I watched V because Elizabeth Mitchell, better known to Losties as Juliet Burke, played the main character - and it ended with a cliffhanger as well. I wasn't impressed with V and when it ended and they killed what, three, four of the main characters (?) I was shocked but I wasn't a.) dying to see more or b.) devastated.
FlashForward is great. I highly recommend it. Right now I feel like curling into a ball and crying while listening to Band of Horses - The Funeral.
