This scene is so underrated what the hell! This literally foreshadows all their future detective work and how stiles does all the dirty work while Lydia just stands and watches from the side, warning him that he shouldn't be doing that. But then he does something intriguing to get her pulled in... and then she finds herself joining stiles in the dirty work when she originally planned not to do so... but he just has a way with his stupid sometimes, and makes her want to join in his stupidity.
