Rewatching Teen Wolf from the beginning, my dog is actually often fascinated by it which is hilarious (though some of the noises set him off).

The fandom has so completely ruined Stiles for me it's hard to even appreciate him as his canonical self. Scott is so adorkable and sweet, I don't understand why they hated him/wanted to replace him with Stiles so much, it was qwhite weird.

Rewatching s3 because I promised to watch alonside with my reactions as well. They may be similar to others bc I may have had a similar interpretation.

Im on Fireflies (ep.3) and I forgot how wholesome it kinda starts out with the two little kids. So smol!! The boy is wearing a red sleeved shirt, red like how scott was first bitten where he wore the red jacket. But Scott is wearing a similar shirt to the boy. And the lil girl has a jacket (i love clothes) and I cant help but think that tiniest detail says Scott sees them in himself and that they were almost going to suffer the same fate like him (with Peter), but worse, because they would remain human. (Clothes association with the pilot.) It was REALLY a close call!! Im srsly wondering how they are outside in the woods too.

Their fear is SO palpable. Theyre legit scarred and no one is gonna believe them.

I did start this episode rather than Tattoo. Because Boyd here. But ALSO.

The episode starts with the concept of this jar full of fireflies, right? One of the meanings of this is "the smallest most simple things in life matter the most." Which is also, what I believe Scott believes in too. Maybe it was taken away but this is why he still tries to play lacrosse and ofc save the small children. He doesnt know them and yet he will go backwards for them bc they mean something. Aka he cares about life and I admire that about him. The lil girl says something about having to let the fireflies go after catching them or else they will die. Only for a lil later for scott to release them 🥺 in order to distract boyd. And I agree its def Scott being this represention for balance. Imagine how glad Boyd might be for not going thru with it bc scott got there in time? Ofc maybe or maybe not he didnt know it was Scott who saved them? Derek doesnt know about this. But he doesnt exactly need to, but bc he boyd is apart of the pack, if this really bothers Boyd, then I will be more than happy to see him talking about this with scott and derek.

This episode is such a grand opening for understanding the importance of balance but also the start of, what if that balance is broken?

I got sooooo excited when I heard scott over the phone 😁😁🥰🥰🥰🥰 he is so clever and sweet and cool. Dude Im only three minutes in and im so hung up on this!
