If Punz gets accidentally swallowed, I'd say dream would have maybeeeee one to two minutes to barf him up? Before Punz gets horrifically burned at the very least, or, at the very worst, digested.

I wanna say Dream's got a stomach like a bearded vulture (the bird that eats bones) so he's got some very, very acidic stomach acid.

+, there's be lots of panic on Punz's side, lots of, "I can't believe he did that" kinda stuff.

If Dream realized it was Punz, there would be lots of guilt and panic and all that as he saved or failed to save him.

If he doesn't realize it was Punz, he would eventually come out of the feral/rage state on his own and wonder what happened to Punz, and be very worried. He'd never know.

Of course, there's a certain third party that would never let any of this happen...

"I stayed at this inn nearby, and when I went to pay, the price was suddenly different and I couldn't afford it, so the innkeeper offered some kind of deal in order to pay it. Then uh- then he ate me alive, it didn't hurt and it wasn't where I injured my head, but then I ended up in this.. limbo place? And I talked to an angel and a demon—god this sounds stupid—and afterward I fell out and suddenly I was back in his office, and the innkeeper claimed the chair gave out under me, and him eating me was some kind of concussion-induced dream, but he did actually eat me, so I can only assume he hit me upside the head or something."

He nodded "Take as much time as you need." The doctor said, leaning back and listening to Jacob's story. He nodded, not exactly surprised, it wouldnt be the first person he had heard about this happening to, but what he was surprised about was the fact that he came back afterwards- And of course the claim about talking to an angel and demon. Other than that, the story seemed pretty solid to him "I mean... Besides the whole.. uh, angel... demon thing, it mostly seems pretty probable, You're far from the first patient coming to me with something like this happening... I'm just surprised that you're still mostly in one piece- Most come in after something like that covered in horrific burns. All of that aside, I believe you, and I honestly wouldn't put it past someone to bash a customer's head in to get away with something like that. God, what a piece of shit." He shook his head

He barely had time to react, aside from a quickly-muffled shout of alarm as he was shoved headfirst in his mouth. He didn’t know what he could’ve been expecting, but the innkeeper eating him alive was the last thing he could’ve thought of. How was it even possible?? It was incredibly suffocating, not to mention slimy and gross, and he struggled wildly in panic as he swallowed him.

Sebastian couldnt help but laugh at the pathetic attempts to break free as he was pulled deeper and deeper into him. The tightness of the throat restrained him and made it hard to move and breathe, slowly but surely he was pulled down into his stomach... It was a bit less tight, but still just as cramped and the walls kneaded roughly at him, adding to the discomfort and making it even more difficult to move... There was no pain, just a light tingly feeling, so thats a plus, maybe that's why he felt numb earlier...
