i know you did a list of headcanons on how uninfected!lucas shows affection, but do you think you could give some headcanons on how infected lucas shows affection? i feel like it’d be more menacing ^^

Post-Infection Affection HCs
• Lucas, even in his insanity, isn't always menacing when it comes to showing just how much he loves you, though you may want to take that statement with a grain of salt.
• He can be extremely doting, constantly checking in on you and asking how you're doing. He has little to no concept of personal space, often sitting you on his lap and snuggling the life out of you while watching his victims on his monitors.
• He does take care of you by bringing you actual, edible food, and he often sits down to eat with you so he can spend some time with you. You won't be able to shoo him away. He kind of considers it to be a dinner date.
• He sometimes brings you means of entertainment like books and, for some reason, old toys of his from his childhood.
• Now, Lucas wouldn't physically harm you. He just loves you way too much to put a bruise on that pretty face of yours. But make no mistake, he's not afraid to threaten you in very morbid ways if you test his patience. Though the threats are usually hollow words, it's best not to thread those waters with someone like Lucas.
• He likes to keep you extremely close to him; you barely have any privacy when it comes to Lucas. He's made you a little room right next to his main workspace, but he's installed possibly dozens of cameras to creep up on you.
• What? How else is he supposed to keep an eye on you and protect you from Eveline, the mold and his batty parents? At least, that's what he says.
• While there may be some truth to it, he definitely gets his rocks off to watching you nearly 24/7.
• He keeps you on a tight leash; if you want to wander off anywhere, it'll be with him in tow, and you have no say in that. What if you get hurt? What if you run away from him? Lucas would hate to lose his favourite person.
• Speaking of keeping you close, Lucas loves having you help him out in setting up some of his traps, and as twisted as it is, he feels that he loves you enough to just ramble on and on about his deadly ideas and even asks for your input. He never had anyone listen to him as much as you do!
• He definitely makes game rooms for you, though he tones down the harmful and fatal contraptions. His goal isn't to kill his favourite person ever, just give 'em one hell of a scare. It's entertaining.
• Sometimes, he walks alongside you in those game rooms, though he doesn't tell you how any of the puzzles work; he'll let you figure it out. It's another one of his ideas of a fun date.
• If you ever mention anyone who's even remotely wronged you in your past, Lucas will make it his goal to get them to test out his best inventions. Even if it's something as trivial as someone having called you weird just that one time, he won't stand for it. You're fucking perfect, so he won't accept any other perspective from others than that.
• For the people who've harmed you the worst, Lucas makes sure to take their lives with his bare hands so that he can show you the dead, mangled body in person. He's always got such a creepy, satisfied grin whenever he does that.
• "Look, baby! Remember yer shithead of an ex that cheated on ya? Well, he's dead now... look at all the stab wounds! Yer welcome; love ya!"
