Ayo lemme just drop my opinion on the matter before I stop thinking about it for my own mental health.

If you can tell me a legit way this ISNT child grooming or p*dophilia, I’ll stop. But until then, I need you to understand why this is wrong and so very very bad of them.

When Rin was introduced, age known or not, she was depicted as a child. One that looked and acted younger than 10. One that was seen as his daughter by MANY old fans.

If he saw this literal child, and even once thought of her to be the future mother of his kids and let her follow and age just for that purpose? He groomed her to fit his vision. That’s it. That’s what this basically tells us. Even if she was of age to consent now after having children, when we met her and when he met her she was a child. And the ‘father figure turned love interest’ trope is so wrong and disgusting regardless of age. So unless you have definitive proof she wasn’t a child when this happened and she wasn’t a child when introduced, you can kindly shit the fuck up.

Y’all sessrin shippers are disgusting for evening entertaining this idea. This is as bad as the starker shippers, worse than the renesmeejacob shippers in my own opinion.

If you see this and disagree, DNI. Because I do not have the time, the energy, or the want to argue. This is MY opinion, and if you don’t like it just leave and ignore it. Hell, block me even. But I WILL not have that shit on my dashboard for me to see.

That character mattered so much to me growing up and he was my favorite and I can not STAND to look at him anymore because of this. The hurt people are feeling and the way this could and probably has triggered so many is unforgivable. This isn’t just fiction for a situation like this. This is an adult character that canonly impregnated a child. This is canon. This is real. This isn’t the same as people that grew up with characters there age and aged them up with them, this is literal child grooming and p*dophilia in a show that is more than likely targeted toward younger, newer audiences.
