I just had an idea as to how Remus could potentially be redeemed. It's not that hed have to change what he says or thinks, it's just that he needs to learn how to stop. He blurts out intrusive thoughts almost constantly, and doesnt let up. If he were to learn to stop when the others ask, theyd probably get along okay
I think it’s a good idea to have Remus learn what’s right and what’s wrong for him to butt in with his intrusive thoughts, but I feel like that would borner on him supressing his function. And that might turn out to be potentialy dangerous to him.
(Though I would love to see this happen since it would be an episode dealing with suppressing yourself and/or bullying into ‘fitting into a certain personality or demeanor’, which would be a great thing to cover in an episode.)
