1. Back when Jovanny was a melee soldier, he had a wife who gave birth to his daughter while he was away in war. Unfortunately, 3 years in, he got caught by the opposing side of the conflict, and no one really knew what happened to him and was assumed dead. After about 5 years of being tortured and maimed, he finally got released with some limbs missing here and there. Lo and behold, his wife along with the rest of the world thought his ass was dead so she moved on with another man. He wasn't angry about it but he regrets never being able to see his daughter. Its been about 5 years since he got released and the Platinum Star has been running since.2. Veron ran away from his home planet and straight up crashed into Platinum Star. He's both paying off the debt of the credit costs and recovering from his injuries. His wings got fucked up in the process but now they are recovering3. Jovanny has his fair share of fears, one for instance is of sheer darkness. He keeps a nightlight in his room, and refuses to step into a dark dark room without a flash light. He literally breaks down when there's a black out.
sugarqueen-katara: Everything that could have gone wrong in that battle seemed to have, but once the battle was won, a quick glance around to make sure everyone was okay made Katara's blood run cold. Sure, everyone was roughed up, but Toph was missing completely. The team rushed about the area until Katara found the other girl in a heap on the ground, "Toph!" the waterbender rushed to her side, trying to evaluate her wounds before taking her cheek in her palm, "Toph? Toph, can you hear me?"
My muse has been injured and seemingly left for dead. How does yours react?
The sounds of everything was muffled, and almost everything was a foggy haze. The smell of blood hung in the air, much heavier to Toph then any other of the smells. Towards the end of it all she could tell, was the people who had attacked them had fallen. Though even the only type of sight she had, was barely pulsing through the ground. This can’t be it. An almost unbearable pain seared through her, oddly calming in a way that she would fall after a victory. To go fighting. Her only hope for life anyways.
She had almost given up as she heard a familiar voice, one that made part of her wake back up from the cold. “K-katara?” She muttered out before coughing. Her breaths more then labored, and a small pool of blood collecting under her from behind one of the metal plates of her uniform. The only apparent indication, other then bruises and cuts, of her more serious injury with all the dust, and smoke from the fight hanging in the air. “Is...” She took a sharp breath. “Is every... everyone okay?”
