Open letter to whats left of my dignity,

I am always, always there. I have always put myself way out on the line when there's been no reason to because that's who I am and that's what I do.

But the one time I say I need help? The one time I admit that everything has broken down and you fucking ignore it.

I thought things would be different this time but I guess I'm still 14 years old and in dire need of a reality check that everyone is in it for themselves.

I just want everything to go back to the way it was before November. It's frightening when you can see everything so clearly slipping from your grasp but have no clue how to stop it. 

There are only so many times I can put up with being told I'm wrong for having preferences that are different from yours.

When you open your mouth, I keep a running mantra of SHUT THE FUCK UP running. Always.

Sometimes I wish I wasn't what this established ~normal~ is so I could throw the truth back without being told What Would You Know?

Being omitted out of stories. Is this on purpose, I can't help but wonder.

I always lied. I always knew who the bad guy was. 

Tired does not even begin to describe it.

I wish I was excited about the future but the thought of even tomorrow makes me feel sick let alone three months from now

When it hits it feels like a slight tap to the head, maybe the shoulder. And then nothing is safe, there is air but you're suffocating. Everything closes in on itself but it's not a panic attack. Drifting off into space but there's no anchor to hold you down.
