We had a moment of silence in school today I started bawling my eyes out, I really don’t know why.

 i don't think we do that in canada. i could be wrong, but i don't remember doing that in high school and literally everyone in my school today just went about their business. its silly, regardless that it was an act on american soil there should be moments of silence everywhere simply because it touched such a large amount of people from all over the world.  and its okay that you did. tears never always mean sadness :)
