negan was given a story of forming an emotional connection with another person, victor, who is perhaps the first and only twd character to truly feel negan. the symbolism of him being a violinist, and music as a little piece of something beautiful in this hell. + i can't stop thinking that his speech about admiring bach was actually about negan.
