Ein's 'Revival'
Chapter 2: The New Friend
When Ein awoke, he was in a forest. He was still processing what had just happened with Aaron killing him and the angel giving him a second chance at life. He gets up and checks under his shirt, and he sees a bad scar across his chest. He sighs and looks for a town. He walks through the trees and comes across a creature he has never seen before. It was around his height, green, and has a weird shape; it starts hissing.
*Ein was blown up by a Creeper*
He was back where he awoke after a lot of but brief pain, but he didn't feel anything broken. "I don't know what just happened, but I'm staying away from that creeper," he said. He walks around and encounters more creepers, exclaiming, "Crap!" He runs and is told, "Get back!" He picks up a stick and tries to hit them with it, but suddenly they both get hit by arrows, fall down, and turn into black powder.
"H-Huh?" He looks and sees a guy in light blue saying, "Nice, free gun powder." The guy picks up the powder and puts it in his pockets, then looks at Ein and says, "Hi, I’m Pierce; you're new to the server, right?" Ein nods and asks, "What’s a server?" "Don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes around here." I’ll take you to the hub. "What's your name?" " Ein.."
Pierce takes Ein to a small town. "This is the hub; that’s my house, and I’m sure we can find a space for your house," he smiles. "So, um, you said there were others." Pierce nods. "We have a lot of other people here, but they should go easy on you since you're new here." "Thanks, I guess." "Hey Pierce, who’s the new guy?" Ein stiffens at that voice, dreading who it is as he looks to where it came from.
“ oh hi, Aphmau this is Ein he’s new.”

Is there a relationship (platonic or otherwise) in the series that you wish was better explained or given more context? Do you have any headcanons about that relationship?
Hmm... probably the relationship between Artemis and his parents? Especially Artemis and his father- for such an important relationship they really don’t interact that much directly, within the series (although the books do imply that they spend time together quite often, such as walking the grounds together).
I feel like it’s easy to think that the Fowl parents are just... never there at the Manor, particularly Fowl Senior, but given the large gaps of time between books and the fact that even the main characters don’t get much breathing room away from Directly-Plot-Related stuff, odds are that in all reality they take some big trips but spend most of their time at home. Thus I’m sure they spend some time with Artemis, and is love to learn more about that because their relationship is so complicated within the series.
I just want to see them talk to each other outside of when the plot directly calls for it.
Headcanons-wise... let’s see:
- Artemis loves superheroes in a similar manner to his father- however, he is primarily a Marvel fan. They bicker about this often.
- Tim was the one to teach Artemis how to tinker with machinery.
- When Artemis died, Tim, for several weeks, kept tearing up the orange roses that continually covered his son’s grave. He couldn’t stand the idea of the magic-touched flowers, admittedly beautiful things, sprouting from something so terrible.
