This computer has 8GB of RAM & playing this game vanilla with only LN runs fast. It takes less than a minute to load Bridgeport & Sunset Valley. Add about 3.76 GB of CC along with SN, UNI, GEN, MS and it takes 15-20 minutes top to load those worlds.

I don’t get why we can have more cc for sims 2 but sims 3 is “better” like I can’t play for my self with ts3, its too laggy and my ts2 doesn’t lag hardly at all even with a bunch of cc.

I did go through it all already, came down from 9GBs. Perhaps it’s time for another major sweep though. No limit, apart from leaving breathing space for my partition (1/6 of it is free right now, which I guess is nice).
@fanaskher: :OOO well, it's not that bad i guess. do you get lag during gameplay?
@tweeli: when they've finished with the sims 3, updates and all, i'm hoping they'll fix the lag issue, but i agree! i think when it's finished, hopefully!, they'll fix this.
