being able to impersonate on twitter is part of its existence & culture. that’s all I’ll say because i do not want to help him figure things out. he does not deserve it. i believe @tumblr @staff get it, YouTube gets it, and elon musk clearly does not. I’m not sure even if dorsey gets it. it’s like salsa dancing or playing jazz, you either get it or you don’t.
Elon Musk is stripping away legacy blue check marks and says the only thing that will matter is how many verified and paying followers you h
Haraldur "Halli" Thorleifsson, from Reykjavík, Iceland, appealed to Musk over the weekend to determine his employment status.
Not too smart person of the year 2023. Move on. You’ve just been used for free pr by Elon musk. Sue for wrongful termination.
Twitter's workforce has shrunk by around three-quarters since Elon Musk took over, and some employees say it is impacting its service.
In the middle of a workday, Sasha Solomon, a 34-year-old software engineer in Portland, Oregon, put her French bulldog, Bosworth, on a leash
Completely predictable and, sadly, twitter employees did not know that they’re the mark. Elon musk is not one to reason with. Elon musk is taking over twitter to turn it into a different product. It’s really a fraudulent enterprise now. At this point, Elon musk is essentially defrauding advertisers and twitter users.
Elon Musk escalated his battle of words with previous managers of Twitter into risky new territory over the weekend, allying himself with fa
Yeah, the man is losing it. he’s flat out exposing twitter for defamation & violating labor laws. anyone else still working at twitter is not bright.
Because, anyone still working at twitter and for Elon musk would inherently be endorsing everything he’s doing since taking over including personal character assassination on twitter after he had terminated them.
All present twitter workers would be hated tremendously with very bad future reputations. twitter would be a very bad thing to include in resume after Elon musk take over.
It has now been over a month since Tesla CEO Elon Musk officially took ownership of Twitter. The move caused a number of automakers to pause
This is not at all about cancel culture, but rather, it’s about being guilty by association and being shoehorned by a lunatic big mouth, Elon musk, who is a total loose cannon.
Elon Musk originally wanted to lay off significantly more than half of Twitter's staff, but was advised against the move, Platformer reporte
how would you like to be in robin wheeler’s shoe right now? fired then hired back, ordered to do dirty work, and fired again for refusing to do so. that leaves a scar. are these thousands of employees not also any of us using social media? what? they are so expendable that elon musk can piss over their heads, made them gargle, rinse, and piss swapping with each other & pose for pr photo?
twitter is seriously only a very popular cyber park. not even a wonderful cyberscape. it’s just a lot of rapid near instant deliberate relaying of messages looking like breaking news, viral waves 🌊. it’s really just users creating such effects-think doing the wave at a sports stadium, peer pressure wave to feel the power of unity, unless you’re the rival fans. I left. probably never going back. none of us users need a platform, we prefer organic botless genuine interactions even if it’s unpleasant.
however, twitter will be remembered infamously as a giant con job giving an extremely bitter taste & rotting odor to all other social media vendors, investors & endeavors. we all should naturally ask, who’s got a jack dorsey in their rank? is it uber? is it zoom? are you unwittingly sold but you’ve just grown to be so attached to the sheep herder?
