liam on Twitter just posted a screenshot of Sherlock's DM conversation with him

Who is we? Does he mean him and John? Because from Sherlock and John's tweet from last night watching the Oscars, it seemed like they were still at Baker Street. And just two days ago, Sherlock was still tweeting about wandering around in London and how he loves the city. Plus, he is still kind of "sick" and John is asking him to go to a reunion with him in four days in London. How is he in Paris?? 

And then later Liam posted that he is really enjoying Paris, and it just got me like ?????  Did Sherlock mean him and liam?

From the message it sounds like both Sherlock and Liam are already in Paris, but if they are tweeting, that means they are not together?

I generally just am really confused and don't know what's going on anymore. Is ContactSH breaking character with liam? Because if so, then that means they at least know each other in real life. Sherlock apparently never breaks character even if he is in DM with regular accounts, so why do it with Liam? I do think we can rule out the possibility of them being the same person at this point.

It's all very fishy because Liam is from Sweden, and also tweets occasionally in Swedish. I believe he also lives there, although this is not confirmed. If the person behind the Sherlock account is from the Netherlands like many speculated when Sherlock and John went to Amsterdam, then how do they know each other?

Let's assume the person is not working for the BBC for a second. If the person is not from the Netherlands and is from London, then why would he/she spend money on travelling to another country for a RP account? The question remains correspondingly the same even if the person is from Netherlands, where are all the London photos from? 

And why in hell did Liam post this? Isn't this kinda of breaking the fourth wall as Sherlock is breaking character?

Since Liam choose to make that part of the conversation public, does that mean that Sherlock is going to post Paris photos in the future? IF the person is not sponsored by the BBC, then how are they spending this much money on foreign trips? Just to take pictures?

So the email I got from Jim was sent at 5:17am and he says good morning. That’s Amsterdam time zone, so London time would be 4:17? Bit early to be wake up? Where the hell is he.
