okay so like I joke about how much of a Stupid Ginger™ twiglet is and holy shit he totally is but??? he’s been having trouble with mobility bc he’s an old man and he’s usually hunted for his own needs, leaving us to clear up various parts of mice he didn’t want.

But like when I came home in the summer and my mental health was approaching crisis...he started bringing me mice??? he would cry until I found him and would be super proud of it and want me to eat it??? I knew he was doing it on some level to look after me and so tbh I found it really sweet

but now....my dad has been ill recently and has been in hospital for the last week and literally within a few hours of him getting home...twiglet has caught him a mouse and is meowing for my dad to see it???

my incredibly kindhearted but Stupid Ginger™ of a cat can tell when someone is incredibly ill and tries to look after them?????
