Welcome back! Hmm, a random Twilight question... Do you think Emmett ever found out re: Carlisle (and probably Esme too) having hoped Rosalie and Edward would get together? How did he react?

I think he definitely found out. I think Rosalie would have been very blaźe about it and told him soon after their marriage that it was part of Carlisle’s initial “idilic family vision”

Emmett would have thought it was hilarious for sure and constantly would have dogged on Edward for it. I’m sure there would have been many jokes of “hey quit checking out my wife.” Emmett and Rose were so in love I don’t think anything could have made them ever really feel insecure about it.

And Edward and Rose had such angry sibling energy that I’m sure after they would fight Emmett would come in trying to ease the situation saying something of “hey Ed , being mean to a girl won’t make them like you back.”

When Edward and Bella started dating I think this is when Emmett would have put the jokes to rest , probably saying “glad you’ve moved on from my wife.”

So I was just re-watching Twilight Breaking Dawn and you know how I at the end Alice has a vision of Jacob and Renesmee together? I thought that she couldn't see around Jacob or any of the werewolves for that matter, and when Bella was pregnant with Renesmee she couldn't see Renesmee or around a Renesmee either? So how come she can see their future???

Page count on Midnight sun vs. Twilight

Okay so I was just looking up stuff about Midnight suns release date and everything and it came up saying that the book was 752 pages long. I then thought back to Twilight and thought, surely my Twilight book isn’t that big. So Twilight is roughly 500-550 pages long depending on if it is paperback or hardcover. So why does Midnight sun have 200 extra pages? 

My original thoughts were, oh maybe  its because it gives insight to scenes like when he was going to get Bella from the Ballet studio and while she was asleep for three days in hospital.And sure it might be this.  

But now I realise it’s most likely because Edward is the superior emo edgelord. This means we most likely have the same chapters as Twilight, just extended for 20 pages each with his wild ramblings of self loathing.

Twilight Question #18

What would happen if someone was bitten while pregnant? We are shown through Bella’s pregnancy that the child grows at a rapid speed and severely harms her body, but that child was already half vampire. If someone was bitten while pregnant would an emergency birth be performed to remove the child? would it immediately be killed by the venom, or would it crystallize in the womb and always be in the vampires body?

Twilight (Saga) Question #26

Okay what is up with the eye contacts or editing they used for the Cullens in Eclipse???

The colouring of them is so inconsistant and for me it really takes away from the viewing of the movie because I’m constantly noticing the change in eye colour. Specifically the fact that every scene they’ll look a different shade of yellow. 

example 1: Esme

In the first image her eyes are almost what I’d call a greenish yellow colour and in the second they are a more orange tone. You could say that this is because it was after a big battle but if anything they’d be a darker colour before the battle as that is when they are said to be more amped up (before having eaten their eyes are dark then full colour once they’ve eaten). 

Example 2: Edward 

His eyes here are what I’d call unhydrated piss yellow. This is close to what his eye colour is supposed to be I think but seems far too intense, usually I believe it is of a lighter more golden shade. 

Example 3: Emmett

Another example of almost piss green/yellow eyes here that don’t match up to what his eyes were shown to be earlier in the film. 

I’m mainly confused because I thought that their eye colours fluctuated between black, gold and red not between different weird shades of yellow. So why couldn’t they get the colouring right for this. I’m no tech genius but if they were colour correcting the eyes post filming then surely they’d just have one set colour which they’d use.

Twilight Question #27

Does the Cullen house have a toilet? I mean before they had any interaction with Bella did they have a toilet in their house? 

I feel like because they never planned on inviting humans into the home Esme would’ve designed their house without it. My theory is that whenever Carlisles work mates talked about possibly meeting up outside of work he’d find excuses not to so that the family didn’t have to make more excuses for the strange stuff in their home. Therefore they wouldn’t have a need for a toilet. So I think that once Alice clearly knew something was going to happen involving a human in their home, or once Edward had officially invited Bella over, that is when a toilet system would be installed in the house.

Twilight question #22

Does Edward want to throw up when he kisses Bella? hear me out okay. So since vampires senses are all heightened that assumes that he has super sonic taste. So if he was kissing Bella, would he be able to taste whatever food she last ate that was left over in her mouth or around her lips? And if so, since tasting and smelling human food is revolting to him and makes him want to vomit, would tasting Bella’s leftover mouth food make him want to throw up? Because if so he does a very good job of never bringing it up or making a fuss.
