While Icypaw practices her highest jump, she touches noses with Twilightflow and hopes that she'll get to hunt first, so she can make sure the Clan is fed.

Later, on a training patrol, Twilightflow is surprised when Icypaw makes a mistake on a simple move Twilightflow thought she had mastered. Before Twilightflow can say anything, Icypaw runs out of the training grounds. When Twilightflow finds her huddled in camp, she sobs out a confession: she will never be ready to be a warrior.

Twilightflow's whiskers twitch in annoyance at this childish outburst. If Icypaw doesn't want to be a warrior, that's fine by Twilightflow. She'll be in the training grounds, waiting to train the greatest warrior RowanClan's ever seen. She walks away from Icypaw, and a hidden smile dashes across her muzzle as she hears Icypaw start to chase after her.

also put all the other apprentices on a patrol... and,

As the patrol is checking the border lines, they hear the traipse of pawsteps through the territory.

The patrol follows the noise and comes upon a kittypet that's sniffing around. The kittypet notices them and bundles towards the patrol, whose pelts bush out in surprise. The kittypet quickly begins a story about how she's been training for days now and she's finally ready to join RowanClan. Well alright then!
