Memories of Tea (spoilers)
You know I regret the fact that up until this very moment, I've not really spared as much thought as I could have about Twilly's own feelings regarding Celestia and her death in contrast to others like the Hero, Draco, Elysia, Artix, and Nythera.
While their position in the narrative is often relegated to comedic moments, it's important to remember that for all intents and purposes, we began this journey with Twilly as much as we have many other early characters so it's nice we're getting something a bit more intimate with him.
Visually speaking I don't think Twilly could have made a more fitting memorial to Celestia.
She really was the type of person to humor others, wasn't she?
Though it is comforting to know that even she could be left quite baffled
I love these little memory flashback scenes of Celestia's and Twilly's time together. While she might have had the visage of just a wise woman who only offered council when needed, it's these little glimpses into the past that remind you that she was someone who lived a storied life of her own and had her own fair share of adventures in the past.
Wait. Has? In that he's still alive!?!?
Her kindness and understanding will never be forgotten
I'm glad this quest took a moment to examine Draco's feelings on Celestia's memory. Besides us, Twilly, and Ash, Celestia would have been one the earliest friendly faces they would have known. Not to mention aiding us in their development as a young dragon.
The dreadful cost of the love we feel deeply.
