Jason either discovers him through a drag show when he is looking for a suspect or by social media, like YouTube or twitter, and is struck with love at first sight. Dick is known to be a Red Hood fan as he has got the hots for him because of his body that's built like a tank (ง ื▿ ื)ว then things escalate between them after Jason visited Dick's apartment after an especially hard night, Dick looks after him, helps stitch him up and even offers him his bed to sleep in because he isn't letting an injured person sleep on a couch no he isn't going to take no as an answer.Mmm some gawking happens, someone gets emotional after being taken care of for the first time since their revival, some notice a scare that shouldn't have existed on living people and someone wonders what are they doing in civilians home in the first place
