Probably vague, but, what inspired you to create Zane, and who *is* he exactly? Does he have his own story, his own world? I wanna know more!

I’ve thought about this frequently because he’s been around so darn long and my conclusion is that creation inspired his creation! To put it as simply as possible, it was me being motivated to create a person (in this case, a musician) that creates against all odds. He does indeed have his own story, alongside Waverly, and I someday hope to share it!

Why is Zanebono's unicorn form so painful for him?

Zanebono is a very unstable human-demon hybrid so unfortunately for him, intense emotions can lead to a very unwanted, immensely painful transformation, causing a hidden horn to forcefully protrude through his forehead. Thankfully, he owns a mask that serves to curb that pain but instead of transforming into a full on demon, he transforms into an imp-like creature called “Saymn”.

What is Waverly's favourite music to dance to?

This is actually a very tough question because Waverly loves to dance to everything from disco to techno, but if she had to choose, it would probably have to be classical ballet!

Who is Wency, besides being a space witch? She seems a really interesting character so far, and I love her design & how much she looms over other characters!

Wency’s story is still rather new and therefore, “in the works,” so forgive me if the following description is in any way unsatisfactory!

Wency, her obvious differences aside, is a reasonably normal girl simply trying to get by in the world. When she’s not using her “abilities” to subdue the unjust or fool around, she works, goes to school and returns home to her loving mother most every night for her favorite tea and cookies. Her ultimate goal is to someday leave earth and catch up with her father (assuming she can locate him), a mysterious being who left her and her mother when she was very young with little to no explanation.

… Wency’s idea of “catching up” is punching him in the face, so their reunion would probably be quite interesting, to say the least.

Can you tell us more about the teafoxes?

I seem to repeat this far too often, but I’m terribly sorry for not seeing your messages sooner! I, once again, was not properly notified by tumblr. D;

As for this question, I can indeed! Tea foxes (or “Muinmos”) are mysterious dream weaving spirits who have quite the penchant for tea. They’re very tiny, no bigger than the tea cups they love to rummage. I’ve talked about them here several times before so if your still curious, feel free to check out their tag! ♥
